"I originally chose to get business cards and other marketing items due to the quality and customer service. I have been a customer since 2009. However, that has now changed. I was going to order new business cards, but discovered the template I spent hours putting together was deleted. I called the company when they said the software was new and they just needed to migrate the template to the new database. I later found out it was deleted permanently because the new management decided to have templates deleted if not used in 4 months! I ordered the cards and received cards where the colors were reversed. What was on the website was completly different than what I received. They are sending replacements. I'm hoping these will be correct, but I'm moving my business anyway because it's not worth the hassle, nor is it good practice to delete templates without notifying customers. It's truly a shame. I know I'm not the only one and will be informing other companies and friends about my dissatisfaction. "
