"As a recipient of this basket, I would never let the people who sent it to me know that most of it went straight to the trash. It was sent with the best intentions as a thank you gift but the the bags of random, "no one else would buy" stuff that you might find at the dollar store or Big Lots are gross, weird flavors and off brands. The "basket" is a cardboard box mostly full of filler and everything is tacky glued or taped together so it's a challenge to separate. Please, spare yourself the embarrassment. Send a gift card or just a thank you note. Don't waste your time or money on this company."
"I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. I ordered a large gift basket for a client after the closing of their home. I didn’t know it at the time, but the first delivery only had the chocolates from my order. Here we are 6 weeks later and I get a shipment notification for the rest of the gift basket! All this time my client thought all I’d sent out was the chocolates with a note saying it’s for their child. How ridiculous! When ordering, we should be warned if the order could be coming in multiple shipments so we can let our gift recipients know! I’ll never use this company for gift options again and I’m going to let my coworkers know. "
"I cannot believe I just wasted 30 minutes of my life that I will never get back - now another 5 or so to write this just to assuage my frustration. The site promised "free shipping on entire order" if I added an item on the page to my main order. When it got to payment, shipping charges appeared, $15.99 for the main Order. The add-on was free shipping. Chat on the site was useless - the automated one passed me to an Agent, that Agent passed me to another Agent, and that to another. Then, the 4th one was the first live agent I had to begin with who could not help me the first time we "chatted" but she seemed not to remember. They must share names..... RHOSE is an unusual name. No one would help with the shipping charges - it was like they did not speak or understand English because we kept going around in circles - GEESH!!! And, when I threatened a bad review, they did not seem to react - either they did not understand, or they did not care, or both. NEVER AGAIN!!!!"

"I ordered a sympathy basket for my mother in law. Not only did it not let me pick a delivery date which should’ve been my first red flag, but it charged me $16.99 for shipping. I thought “okay, that’s steep but the website SAYS if I order before 4:30 the order will be processed for the next day and delivered between 9am-8pm so I’m paying for next day delivery.” So I paid $70 total. The day went by and at 6pm I finally get a message that my order was shipped…and not to be expected til 6 DAYS FROM NOW. I immediately call to cancel because it’s a sympathy basket and those types of things are delivered within a day or two, and they tell me it’s too late and nothing can be cancelled and there’s nothing they can do about it. I tell them the basket is mostly chocolate products and if it’s going to take 6 days to be delivered I don’t want it because it’ll be a melted mess by that time. They assure me that it won’t be sent out until the day of the delivery so it’s fresh…THEN WHY CANT IT BE CANCELLED IF ITS NOT SENT OUT YET? I ask to speak to a supervisor to try and override it, and get told “they’re on another call, but they’re just going to tell you what I told you anyway, but I’ll have them call you back in 30 minutes”
30 minutes come and go and surprise surprise, no call back. I call again and get a different representative who tells me the same thing and I just need to “wait for the call back even though my supervisor is going to tell you the same thing we did.” It’s been over an hour and STILL no call back…not that I’m expecting one at this point. Save your money and listen to the other reviews here. This is a joke. "

"I placed an order for a sympathy basket. I got updates over the next 24 hours that it was shipped and would be delivered as promised. It was then cancelled after the delivery timeframe and I was told that they did not have any of those baskets available when I ordered it. Why would there be shipping updates if there was never any inventory? There was no attempt to resolve the issue. This company has terrible customer service. Never again. Hi local and call your florist. That’s how I rectified the situation while supporting a small business. "

"I ordered a gift for a friend for Valentine's Day. Supposedly, it was delivered to her work address on 2/12, at least according to tracking. However, she never received it. There are only two people in her office, so if it did arrive it would have only gone to one of them. I called customer service on 2/13 to inquire about if anybody had signed for it so we could track it down. I was informed by the representative (I believe her name was Cherrett...but did not write it down) that the packages do not get signed for. She said they'd be happy to send another one out. She confirmed the address and said I was all set. I asked her if I'd be getting email statuses on the tracking on the new package and she confirmed yes.
On 2/16, I noticed I had not received any notifications, so I called customer service again and spoke to a gentleman named Ralph. I went through the same steps with him that I did with Cherrett. He basically re-ordered the product again, assured me I'd be getting updates and also let me know that due to the poor weather the country was experiencing he couldn't guarantee the delivery date but that it would either be between the 18th and the 22nd. Unfortunately, the exact same thing has happened with Ralph as it did with Cherrett. No notifications on status at all.
Today 2/23, I tried calling, was put on hold forever, tried going on their "Chat" on the website and it did not load up, so I'm basically out $82.55 on a gift my friend never received, plus I'm looking pretty foolish with my friend.
I would STRONGLY SUGGEST not using this company. Although I've used them (1-800-Flowers) in the past, this issue has totally turned me off as there is absolutely no customer service behind this company if things go wrong. DO NOT USE."
