"My company had previously worked with three well-known online printing companies (I won't name names but your guesses are probably right) before we came to 1800businesscards. When we worked with each of the online competitor companies, we were hugely disappointed with the business card quality and lack of customer service. Orders were a decent hit or a complete miss. The informational videos went a long way to answering any questions I had about texture, style and quality of the products offered.
