"Everything was good back by a lifetime warranty on parts. The only downside is that there is no shipping label option. You have to ship the defective parts back by yourself. What they can do to improve this is give us the shipping label and deduct it from the total."

"I purchased all 4 struts. The installation videos are great with 1 exception : rear strut torsion bar disconnection. Use a 6MM ( maybe 5mm ) Allen wrench to rotate, not vice grips on the back side. the nut still needs to be held to prevent rotation.

The low rating comes from the struts. They are really noisy I think it may be getting louder.
The ride also seems to be worse. Break in ?
