"I bought a set of TRQ brakes and rotors for my 2016 Mazda CX-5 from 1aauto.
Everything looked good on receipt so I installed them following a good 1aauto video.
Within driving 200 miles I noticed my gas mileage was deteriorating.
When I took off the brake pads I found that they had 'chunks' missing.
As I need this car I went to local car parts store and bought new brake pads.
After installation mileage was restored.
I contacted 1aauto and was told they would not refund my purchase as I had installed the brake pads.
Having no confidence in their parts I wouldn't have wanted their parts nor would I have been able to wait to ship the defective pads back, have 1aauto inspect them, and then ship me replacements.
Maybe local auto parts stores cost a little more but they would have replaced their lifetime warranty brake pads on the spot.

"Bought headlights for a 2016 Rav 4. They physically fit but had 3 connectors that were completely wrong. Tried back and forth getting a refund online, was told I'd get an email back and never did. I had to email 1A directly to get a response. When I did I was then asked to take pics of all packaging, headlights, labels, etc and email. After I emailed them the response was that they didn't have that in stock, what? Can someone please read the emails? See below order and return info.

"I ordered a front brake and rotor kit for my 2012 Honda Accord and was sent the wrong brake pads, which I discovered after I took the old pads out and mounted the new rotor. When I contacted 1 A Auto they refused to exchange them and claimed they weren't a fit for the vehicle. I used their website to purchase them, which claimed them were a fit for my car. If their website says the parts are a fit than that is all I have to go off of. Extremely **** off and have been ordering brakes and other parts from them for years, but this is the last time I ever order from them. Now I have to go buy the correct pads from someone else and I guess throw the ones I got from 1 A in the trash. "
"Ordered two o2 sensors for a 2011 sonata.
I got both sensors the upstream sensor came in a box that had the downstream sensor part number. The downstream sensor was open and had the wrong sensor in the box. When I called to get the right sensor to replace it the lady told me I had the right parts. She refunded me 27 dollars out of 92 dollars. And I still didn’t get the right part that I needed from 1A auto. "
