"I am on the Easern half of the U.S and 1coolpc is on the Western half. I am back to make a mod to my previous post.Everything started well but has ended in dismay. It seems that my order was lost. I was told by UPS, then told a tracking number was going to be sent to me to verify the delivery. Well I went to the site and everything was verified which means squat. I was told that the item was going to mailed that day, but there were two different mailing dates. I recorded the transaction conversation because of past dealings gone bad.Bart specifically told me that the item I ordered was in his hand and was going tpo be mailed the following day. What Bart doesn't know is that I checked his story and it was verified that the order was not sent until 7 days after it was placed.I too have shipping accounts with UPS, USPS, and FEDEX.I look for someone who is honest, all he wants is the money then when you get what you want when he decides to send it out.Do not order from this guy if you live outside of his state,I would suggest being in his hometown. I will further update this after I receive the product. God only knows what condition it is going to be in. I will be sure to record the pickup and opening of the packaga. This guy seems shotty and I'll lose his name after the deal is complete. Kiss my business goodbye. You would think that a few thousand a year may make some people want to keep a customer. (Update) I spoke to Bart and he mailed another package out, 1 day air free of charge. I believe he tried to get something here but I was informed by UPS that they don't fly when there is a 1/4 inch of snow on the ground. All in all, I lost a customer $1500.00 worth of PC equipment I can dismantle and hopefully resell. Also, bad word of mouth advertising,cost,priceless. Sorry Bart, I'll stick to suppliers that make solid guarantees. Merry Christmas.
Update: Even though you have a thousand or more great reviews here(no doubt all for a free fan offer)I feel that you are trying to place some of the blame on me. I was giving the package a chance to get here. I never dealt with a company that did not offer tracking numbers to customers for free(I believe there is an extra charge at 1CoolPc, but I could be incorrect). Too many unlikely coincidences. I got the thermal gel that was mailed to me with the water cooler. I was offered a full refund but to disgusted to go to the site to see if I am going to get charged for restocking fees and be out of shipping fees, which his last reply was very vague on. I'll just cut my losses and stomp the water cooler into the ground when I receive it. I feel I may get more satisfaction after doing so. Happy New Year.
(UPDATE) Even though you msy fail to seeBart this is not my fault and yet I still am being charged a fee for being a consumer. Is this what our forefathers thought of when free enterprising came into the system.
