"At first, I was disappointed that my items were not delivered to my forwarding address. Then, more disappointed when some of the items I ordered were missing when sent to my new address. HOWEVER, things happen in life that are beyond our control and their customer service team responded to all my emails in a timely and friendly manner. I was given a refund, which I never expected. I am so pleased with the outcome!!! I have since placed numerous orders and shared their site with all my friends.

"I placed an order on 4/12/13, per website it is still in process per customer service will take at least another 5 days. By the time it will be shipped it will have been over 3 weeks since I've ordered, I've never experienced any website that takes this long to process an order without letting the customer know. I asked if I can cancel the order since it has been so long since it was placed and the advised the only thing I can do is refuse the package. I am very disappointed in this site and processing time to ship a small order."
"I will NEVER buy another thing from this company. Bought a TV and when it was delivered it was broken. Customer service said too bad call the manufacturer. The manufacturer said we do not warranty things from 1saleaday, Too bad call 1saleaday. Now 1saleaday will not help me. What a joke. If you are reading this and are thinking of buying from them you could be next. Read other reviews and agree that customer service is terrible and I have a $300 TV that has a screen that looks like sand art. And it is not their problem."
"This company is a joke. Most deals are not as great as they want you to think they are. They are mostly factory refurbished items and as such they cannot command full retail price. The service they provide after the sale is pathetic. If you ever have to contact them for anything it must all be done via the web even though they have an 800#. On a recent call to change my shipping address (two days before the item shipped) I was told that they can't change the shipping address at all. I attempted then to cancel my order as I was worried it would not get the item at the address it was being shipped to, and again I was told that was not possible. This was BEFORE it ever shipped! The CSR was borderline rude and my interaction with them gave me the impression this is a rinky dink operation with very few employees working the support side of the company. They take forever to ship (7 to 10 days) because they have NO employees.
If you find something that you want and think its a great price, I would scour the web in hopes of finding it elsewhere before giving this laughable company your hard earned money."

They never once contacted me about any delay without me contacting them first. Trying to contact them by phone is a joke. They put you on hold until you just give up. I filed a claim with Paypal because they say that they don't give refunds. Buyer beware!"
"No returns, only refunds on damaged/defective items, and they get to decide what's damaged. When you're buying jewelry, women's apparel, or sunglasses, this can be a problem. They will ask you for a picture and if it doesn't look damaged to them, they point you to their FAQ, which states "1SaleADay.com does not accept returns. For defective merchandise, notify us by filling out the form on our Contact page within 21 days of delivery for an exchange"

"TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I ordered a Roku from them a month and a half ago and never received it. After many many emails, I have been to asked to wait an additional 3-5 business days, and then wait an additional 7-10 business days, over and over again. I have asked for a refund several times and I keep getting the run around asking me to wait more time. This is completely unacceptable! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! I will NEVER buy anything from this company again, and I will be telling anyone and everyone not to buy from them. Do yourself a favor and NEVER EVER buy from these crooks."
"I've bought a few things from them and have been happy overall but they are not perfect. The prices are nice and they package them well. Overall, shipping is reasonably fast but I had one item that took them a month to ship. Another issue I had was with some Turtle Beach headsets I bought. It was described as factory refurbished with a 90-day warranty but it turned out to be an aftermarket refurbish with a 30-day warranty. The headset eventually failed on me. But, they took it back and replaced it with another that has been flawless so far. Customer service is email only and is a bit slow. But, they do as they promised. I've only bought electronics from them."

"I'm overjoyed by 1 Sale A Day. They're refunding my $209.97! I bought 3 tablets from them through Newegg and found a different brand and model they didn't offer, elsewhere. I bought 6 of those as it turned out the original 3 didn't accept a particular codec. Newegg's own sales rep told me to mark the unopened box "refused" and return it. I did just that and it disappeared into thin air. I'm told refused/unopened boxes don't get scanned. I don't know. Newegg insisted I prove the return, even though a company in the shipping business knows I've ZERO way to prove anything refused that disappears. 2 months later, I was still waiting for my refund, not knowing my box was M.I.A.. I then blamed 1 Sale A Day, for not refunding my money, when it was really Newegg who was sticking a knife in the back of a very good customer who never posed a problem ever and sent countless new customers to them. While Newegg stabbed me in the back, this company came forward and refunded my money, after I typed a response to them about what happened. This company rocks, while Newegg will never see a dime from me and most likely from those I've told how they treated me. Long time great customer sending others their way and never a problem? And they still chose to throw me under a bus? They obviously don't care about keeping good customers as I did what THEIR rep said to do. Look at the ordering history and make a judgement call. They're too stupid to even do that. Newegg will not be financially inconvenienced in any way shape or form. They've proven that with me. This is my 1st experience with this company and they still stepped up to the plate and took the financial hit for me. This is a company in which to do business...NOT Newegg. Newegg will never see my money again. But, 1 Sale A Day will! See how that works, Newegg? Bet they don't see it. They suck as a company. No one asked me to write this. I feel 1 Sale A Day deserves it as well as Newegg deserves it. LOL 10/29/2012 was when it shipped. I can't find the ordering date. Found this from Newegg: Whenever a package is refunded the courier updates the tracking number and indicates that the package was refused. My apt complex office saw UPS take the box. They chose UPS & not me. So that's Newegg's problem...not mine. "
