"I was really skeptical to order anything from 1saleaday at first because of all the negative feedback they have gotten so I started with a small purchase as a test, I also paid with PayPal which I highly suggest it's much safer to do that and u can open disputes with PayPal if u didnt receive the item or it was defective , Paypal will get u ur money back! Anyways I ordered a few small items they were cheap in price and free shipping, the shipping through this company is very very slow but it's ok if u don't need it rushed and shipping is free. Since then I have ordered numerous things through 1saleaday and satisfied with them. I've ordered several shark vacs with them they work great but shipping was superrrr slow but it was free like I said before so can't really complain. Whenever I had questions customer service was prompt and very polite. I recommend them if u don't have time constraints for shipping times:) and use PayPal!!!"
"The prices are great but customer service is very poor. I've been with them for almost a year. Initially everything went very smooth . Just recently they have lost my shipments. Just not 1 but 4 in a months time. The only way to contact them is via email that gives us very limited resources.
The only excuse they have is lost ur items in transit. We will refund you the money as soon as the claim is processed. That might take a month or two. Sometimes its not about the money , its the excitement one gets on receiving their goods.In my case i waited so long for the goods to arrive and then i see on tracking screen that its been returned to the vendor. What a bummer?They really need to improve their overall customer service.

"I ordered from this company last year. I knew shipping was slow, so I was prepared for that. The camcorder I ordered was a piece of crap, but I decided not to hold that against the retailer and gave them another chance. A couple weeks ago I ordered a coffee grinder. It was a name brand and the price was great, and about 2 weeks later (yesterday) I got an email that it had shipped. So far, so good. But today when I went to check the tracking to see if an estimated delivery date was available, it showed up as a voided shipment. When I checked my 1saleaday account the order is now, "refund pending." I have no doubt it will be pending for some time. In this day and age it should not take 2 weeks to determine they have insufficient stock. I assume a fair amount of their profits come from interest on money they hold for merchandise they have no intention of selling. I will never deal with this company again, and I suggest you do the same!"

"1 Sales a Day may have good prices, but there customer service is horrible. I had 3 Orders submitted on March 19th and 21st (2). The Jewelry I ordered came in a timely fashion and was as advertized. The problem is I also ordered 3 watches. As of April 8th, not only have the watches not arrived, but they haven't even shipped. I contacted 1saleaday via their website (3 separate inquiries) about the issue, and now, a week later they still have not so much as replied to my Order Status requests. After 18 days of nothing, I submitted 2 more inquiries. No response. I'm about to issue a fraud complaint on my card if I don't hear soon."
"Not at all happy about transaction my order for the Shark Cordless Sweeper. It was broken/defective out of the box and they want ME to pay to ship it back. It will probably cost me as much to ship it back as the item cost me. I refuse to do that. Take care of this 1SaleADay. Either send me another one or send me a return label at your expense. "I purchased a nintendo wiimote in pink. The picture that 1saleaday had listed on their website listed an OEM Nintendo remote, but the one they sent me is a generic brand.
After opening the wiimote, it makes a loud humming noise. This is a defective wiimote that 1saleaday isn't willing to replace due to it being out of their 21 day policy. I then tried to get the phone number of the company that makes the wiimote, but 1saleaday didn't have it (or at least didn't give it to me). This company is ridiculous and sells junk that they don't stand by.
I will never again purchase anything from them."
