"Wow, my experience doesn't seem like the norm. I've only ordered from them once. an xbox wireless headset, a spy watch, and a backup battery for a samsung galaxy 3. The headset had static from the beginning, and by the third time we used it it was dead. The backup battery was a joke. It takes forever to charge, and then can barely bring the samsung into the green battery zone. The watch was fine. I won't use them again. Oh, and everything took about 3 weeks to arrive, and it all arrived in bits and pieces in boxes that looked ransack."

It's 3-18-2013 and still hasn't made it to UPS for shipping. Ordered February 28th and as of Tuesday, March 19th, order still has not shipped! They sent an email on the 15th saying the it was shipped and provied a UPS tracking. Well guess what?
More fraud! They only made a UPS label. Nothing was shipped! When you track it your get this:

A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated. Label Created On:

So they don't have the product. That is a fraudulent and deceptive.

It takes them days to reply to a simple email. Email replies are simple canned responses. There is no phone number to call.
You can't cancel an order. Really!
Might be good if you want to save 5 dollars and wait a month for your order to ship.
Most of the merchandise they sell is discontinued junk.
Have to dispute this charge now.
I would never order from this company again. I’d advise anyone to reconsider the hassle of ordering from this vendor. Stick with Amazon.
