"The merchandise offered is reasonable, however, their shipping process leaves much to be desired.

My first order sat with the status "printed" for 2 weeks. My second order shipped without a tracking number in the email or on my account page - but then showed up in the mail 2 weeks later with a tracking number on the package!

Why pay for tracking if you wont show it to the customer?

If you don't mind waiting weeks - sometimes without any tracking at all - for your items, you may be okay with this merchant. Personally, given that its 2013 now and online retail has existed for decades, that is not acceptable to me. "

"The products are okay. Of the ones I've ordered, the majority have been crap. But that's okay, they've been cheap. Not as much off retail as it says, but cheaper. But God forbid you have a problem with a shipment. I've sent dozens of emails to get the same form letter response. I ordered a Roku for $20 less than roku.com price. I used pay-pal to pay, and unfortunately it somehow defaulted to an old address even though I put my correct address in the web form. I wrote as soon as the confirmation showed incorrect information. The package wasn't even close to shipping. They said there's nothing they can do and sent a form response about how I can try to retrieve it from the old address. The address was from 6 years ago and is 3 hours away. Several emails later with the same response and I guess I'm out $70... I'd rather have paid $90 and gotten my product in a couple of days!!! I have filed a bbb complaint! No more of my money will be spent here! "

"I ordered something only 30 minutes after it was published.

Received an e-mail 37 hours later saying they were unnable to ship the item I have purchased due to lack of correct information for shipping.

I checked out with Paypal. My address was given by Paypal. It's a confirmed Paypal address.

I've been trying to contact them to understand what went wrong, but only got generic replies saying a refund is on its way and that they are very sorry for the inconvenience. Due to an unusually high volume of orders for this item that their warehouse was not prepared for, this order cannot be fulfilled at this time.

I think they just needed to canceled some orders because they accepted too much and chose me at random.

I was very dissatisfied... until recently! Someone from 1SaleADay contacted me cleared things up!

The reason my order was canceled is because I used a non-US address. It seems like there is no verification of the address provided through Paypal, so be careful! :)

"Unbelievable! Merchant billed my credit card right away yet merchandise was not shipped. Even one week later it was not shipped. I tried to cancel, three days after I asked to cancel it was shipped!

they are telling me I should refuse it, but they shipped it with a service that doesn't allow that

"3 weeks after I purchased a Stanley Car Charger, they stated it would be sent 7-10 business days. 11 business days after, I emailed them to ask where my item was, as I received no email or notices from them. The reply stated that they basically had a lot of orders & were running behind fulfilling them, to allow 3-5 more days. 5 days later, I get an email telling me that they cannot fulfill the order, & to expect my refund in about 5 business days. This is NOT acceptable! I have bought before and 2 times returned the garbage jewelry they sold. Also beware when they sell linens, they are not quality. "

"I recently purchased a Cuisinart Vertical Rotisserie from 1saleaday. I didn't realize it was a refurbished product, so when it arrived dented and dinged I was disappointed in the appearance. However, the appliance did not work. When you set the timer it would run for a short period before showing a "ERR" message. I immediately contacted the company for a replacement or a refund only to be told I would need to send the product to a certified service center. There would be no replacement because it had a 90 day warranty. There would be a $10.00 repair service fee plus a shipping cost of $21.00 all at my expense. I found this totally unacceptable, and will no longer purchase anything from this company. I felt 1saleaday should have sent me a prepaid UPS return slip and replaced the rotisserie in good faith to the customer."

"I purchased an asus 10.1 tablet from 1SaleaDay, my first purchase, it arrived in the amount of time specified. The tablet came with nothing but a charging cord without the AC plug in, luckily I had one that worked. I charged the tablet for 24 hours, when I turned it on the screen was half black and nothing worked. I immediately contacted the company through email. They were apologetic and told me to contact the manufacturer. It is a refurbished tablet. I emailed back to them and stated that I needed the return and refund forms as this was a DOA product. I have yet to hear from them. I will contact paypal in a couple of days to see if they can help. I will never buy from this company again. Reading all the reviews, I would have to say this company should be ashamed of themselves. Not standing behind products that they sell. Either start offering customer service correctly or get out of the business. I cannot even give them one star rating at this point."
