"No customer service. Everything done through one email address. They falsely advertise products and send different products. They do not accept returns and when they do after a threat they fail to provide a credit. BUYER BEWARE."

"This place is a joke. I ordered four items. Two still have not arrived, and two arrived defective. Apparently, these folks have UPS drop items off at the "local" post office. The tracking notes that they were dropped off at the wrong post office. Two other items that have actually arrived were as poorly packed as anything I have ever ordered. They were defective. A coffee maker simply malfunctions, and a breadmakes rattles and vibrates. The manufacturer indicated that they are defective units. Emailed 1saleaday about a refund or replacement and was, somewhat politely, told to screw myself and work with the manufacturer's warranty.


Update: I was contacted by service at the seller. She seems to be trying to help and permitted the return of the defective items, and one replacement is on its way. I did, apparently, somehow put the incorrect city for the shipping address. Two of the items seem to be stuck with the post office. Seller seems to be trying to assist. Holding final judgment in abeyance.

"1 sale day is awful. They took a month to send me my item (I received it 1-30-2013 after purchasing it on 12-31-12- charging me when I made the purchse as opposed to when it actually shipped to me) and gave me a 3 month warranty that now had one month gone already! Customer service is terrible and won't do a thing to help. Ruth"

"The best thing about 1Saleaday is the fact that you can delete your account with one click. Worst customer service ever and the shipping is even worse. It was a good deal when I bought the Galaxy Player, unfortunately it took them so long to ship it that it was no longer a deal. I could have gotten it cheaper at Amazon by the time I received it. They lied and emailed me stating the item shipped. When I questioned it a week later they still claimed it shipped. A week later after I questioned it again they said it had not shipped and would take at least another week to ship it out. "

"BUYER BEWARE!!!I purchased a 50 inch television and it quit working after the second week. Westinghouse 40" LCD HDTV
Model Number — CW40T2RW They did not advertise it was refurbished. Since I threw out the box, they told me I would have to ship it back myself and said they would not send me a box. UPS wanted almost $400 to ship it back to them. I paid $299 for the TV. We have written emails but can't seem to get a response back and the TV is sitting there collecting dust and if they don't respond to me, I am out almost $300 dollars which I cannot afford. The TV has no serial number on it either. I would like them to respond or at least send me another television or give me refund since I cannot use the TV

"I recently purchased 4 king-sized down alternative comforters for my children's beds. At $29.99 for a King-size, I couldn't resist. When they arrived, I was thrilled with the exceptional quality of the comforters. I also appreciate the free shipping from their site. Many companies refuse to ship to Alaska and I tend to frequent online retailers like 1saleaday because of their shipping policy."

"BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do NOT buy the 1 Carat Emerald Cut Bridal Set (I purchased for $1200.00, it's now $1000.00). I had my ring 1 month and have already lost a diamond! 1saleaday is running the biggest racket EVER! The ring is not a 5K or 7K ring they advertise either...its more like $3700, however, with that being said...it will spend more time being repaired than on my finger. The jeweler said many of the diamonds will eventually fall out because of the poor craftsmanship. He showed me...I'm so upset and 1saleaday is like whatever! I will continue to warn consumers....by the time I'm done fixing this ring, I could of spent the money on a quality ring with a warranty. You have been told so please share this with others!

UPDATE: I got a call from Debra, 1saleaday customer service rep, who has got the ball rolling on my defective ring. They are going to try and repair my ring or they will replace it. Either way is completely acceptable to me. Estie has been very helpful as well. I am looking forward to enjoying my purchase! Thanks ladies, you've restored my faith in 1SaleaDay!! You ROCK!

"This has been my worst ever experience! I purchased 2 Nooks from them back on 12/7/12. One arrived and to my surprise it was pre-owned. Nowhere did it say it was a refurbished item. The 2nd one never arrived. No deliveries were ever attempted. After continuous attempts to call or email, I got no responses. Not till 1/6/13 did the item return to their warehouse. I once again tried to contact them so they could re-ship my item. And of course they couldn't. Their exact words "we don't support reshipments at this time". It's ridiculous. The package was mine and never opened. I was then told that the item was no longer available. It was horrible! There was a case opened and nothing fixed. On 1/22/13 I called and was told that I would have my refund that day. Now, 3 more days later, I call and was told that they made an error on their part for the refund. That I must wait another 5-7 days or in their case another month or so.

This has been a nightmare. I ordered these for my 2 girls for Christmas and one was left without her gift since I couldn’t afford one anywhere else. I bought them because it was a good deal and a great opportunity to make them happy. And man did it fail.

Please think twice or three times before you order. I know that all companies have their flukes but it's not cool when they can't fix their mistakes and errors in a timely manner.

"Order placed on 01/04/2013. Emailed me with tracking# 1ZE5416VYW47313408 for partial shippment. No phone number to contact. Used web form , "will ship in 5 to 10 days" reply. Contacted ups , they never recieved anything from seller. only a label created from UPS. Today is 1/24/2013. UPS staus shows "The sender has voided the UPS tracking number created for this shipment. UPS does not have possession of this shipment."
Total waste of money and time.. Calling credit card company for dispute
