"I have purchased a Simmons Beautyrest Rita Queen Mattress Set on 12/18/2012 and I waited patiently for 3 weeks before i got a call to schedule for a delivery. When I was exciting about the arrival of the bed, the deliver guy shows up with a dirty, damaged, torn mattress and box spring. I would never expect this to happen 2 weeks before my guest's arrival. Now, I am stuck at the place that I can not get a refund, I have to wait for them to reply my email when they have time (crossing my finger within 1 to 3 days), and counting down the days for my guest arrive who might not have bed. I can not even go out and buy another bed right now because I might end up having 2 beds if "1 sale a day" decide to deliver an exchange bed to me 3 weeks later instead of refunding me as return policy say "no return unless the item is out of stock." This is just very stressful online purchasing experience and I would never want to pay money to buy my stress. I doubt if anyone would like that. I have to really give them a very bad review as I do this seldom. Now, I can only cross my finger and hopefully this resolve SOON!!!!
