"I ordered two BN Nook 16 GB on December 7. I paid by PayPal and funds were taken from my account. The units were supposed to ship in 7 to 10 days. It's now 12/31 and I have not received the items and there is no tracking number for the transaction on my account. I have repeatedly contacted customer service, and they have told me that there is a delay in shipping these items. My kids didn't get their Christmas gift.... This is fraud."

"Purchased a BN Nook 16GB Tablet (ref) that is defective. Unit has a small chip/hole in the plastic frame that exposes its innards to the elements (and being plastic, that small hole will only get bigger over time). Promptly notified them but 1Saleaday refuses to exchange or return the unit. "Customer service" is difficult to reach, slow to respond, and reluctant to help. So buyer beware: you're playing Russian roulette when ordering from them. I've ordered from them before without issue, but if you're unlucky enough to have a problem that requires dealing with customer service, expect to be sorely disappointed."
