The customer support rep told me it's still processing and cannot issue a refund. Over a month and it still processing? Last time I ever do business with these clowns."

"Normally I don't write reviews but wow was this aggravating. Ordered something right after Thanksgiving and was emailed a UPS tracking code on December 14th, 2 full weeks later. I thought ok I will give them the benefit of doubt since they did say 5-10 business days. But it gets better, the UPS tracking website was sitting on "label created" page for (almost) another 2 entire weeks. I had to start a claim with my payment processor and ONLY THEN did they respond to the claim with a tracking number with the status magically changed to "in transit". Honestly this company is a semi fraud of a joke and I will never do business with them again."

"I bought a watch off of 1saleaday.com. I got an email saying it will take 8 -10 business days to ship. However, it has already been 12 business day and my watch has not been shipped. I sent an email the first time, i got reply back saying it may take up to 8 -10 business days. I sent another email as it is already 12 business days. I got reply back, it may take another 3 - 5 business days. I will never buy from them again. They suck in customer service, have to send email and cannot talk to live person. I am ready to file a complaint with Better Business Burea and get my refund as nothing has been done so far by 1sale aday. Please, do yourself a favor and do not buy anything from them."

It is truly a happy holiday, as we were making out way out for the
Christmas Eve service at our church, the Door bell rang and to my surprise,
there it was- the order I placed as a last minute must get for my wife and
kids, waffle maker.
