"The item was ordered on November 30th. It took 12 business days to get it in the mail. It was taken to UPS innovations on December 17th it arrived at USPS on December 22 and sat in the post office through Christmas. It was scheduled to be delivered on December 24th which never happened. Other things I ordered from them also took 3 weeks to a month to get here while other items took 2 weeks. They need to make sure the companies they are selling for have better shipping policies. When I contacted them, which is only by e-mail, all they said was it can take up to 10 business days to send out orders. I think they need to change this to 5 days. Some companies are not adhering to the current shipping policy and 1 sale a day will not contact the company to find out what is wrong. "

"Ordered a ROKU player from them that arrived non-functional. The response from the customer service department was that it is a "warranty" issue and that we should contact the manufacturer (despite the statement in their Terms&Conditions stating that all "dead on arrival" should be returned within 21 days). Item has a label on it that says "B-STOCK" and a set of initials. Suspect that this is a refurbished unit that should not have been released for sale. We were told that if the warranty process with ROKU fails we should contact 1saleaday again to see about getting an RMA, this will put us out beyond 21 days by that time (began communication process on 12/17/12 - received unit on 12/14). Bottom line ordering from this company is buyer beware and electronics should be avoided at all costs."
"I ordered a Veho PEBBLE Folio Case from them on December 5th. Contacted them after one week when my order still showed as processing. I received a generic email back stating 7-10 business days to ship not counting weekends and Holiday. I waited until Dec 19th to contact them again stating that my order still shows as processing. Since this was to be a Christmas present, I instructed them to cancel the order and refund my money. I received another generic email back stating there was a back log because of the Holidays and they would ship it out as soon as possible. This is unacceptable in my eyes from a national web site. It appears that they do this to most of their customers. I will be contacting Paypal for a resolution of this immediately. I would strongly suggest that everyone stay away from this site for ordering if you want to get your merchandise in a timely manner."
"Ordered an HP Computer on Sunday Dec. 9th - with the intentions of giving it as a Christmas Gift. 10 business days later, It still hasn't shipped. got a reply from their email customer no service that it could take up to 10 days. Not happy. Their telephone number is ***-***-****. You will have to wait at least a half hour to talk to someone who probably can't or not able to help you. I've had decent experience with them in the past, but when I ordered something of real value in a time sensitive way - Not happy. Its not worth the agrevation. "

"Some awesome deals, some just-ok deals... bottom line is research the product you're thinking of buying to see if the 1saleaday price is really a good deal or not. One upside is flash items ship free, and there is no sales tax. The downside is that they DO take a long time to ship - anywhere in the neighborhood of 1-3 weeks. I have bought over a dozen items from them though, from a $5 pair of earrings to a $249 tablet, and the items really do come, as described, and many are worth-it deals.... just be prepared to wait for them to arrive."

"Overall I have had great experiences with 1 Sale a Day. On this particular order there were some issues with shipping. It took over a month to receive my item. The main problem was that i had to email the company to see where my product was after not receiving it for about a month. Because of the storms on the east coast, shipping was effected. I understand things happen and that's fine, but let your customers know that there will be a delay. Don't wait for them to contact you."

"Ordered on the 5th, received email with tracking # on the 6th saying product shipped (but may take 72 hours to show on the tracking website). A week later on the 13th it finally showed up (on the tracking link) as being received by the shipping company to process for shipping. 2 days later it was put in the mail but still hasnt arrived on the 19th. Customer service is a joke. They cannot explain why I was notified incorrectly or why it took so long. I asked them questions and they give me generic replies that do not address my questions.
The other product I ordered previously was a Wii charger that turned out to be a total piece of junk.
They dont offer a great product at a discounted price, they offer junk at a junk price. Dont expect more and maybe you will only be a little disappointed. "
