"It was okay. Worth the amount of time it took to get to me because it was cheap. Shipping is definitely slow, though. Sometimes they'll split ship your order, and it's kind of confusing when you get one part from your order and have to wait another week for the next part."

"Terrible company - I have placed two orders with them. First one was for a comforter and they sent me the wrong color and denyed a refund or exchange. The second order I placed a month ago for a smart tv converter, it's been over a month and still no item received. The tracking they sent has never updated. Contacted them by email a few times, but never received an answer. Please do me a favor and STAY AWAY from this terrible company. Not worth saving a few bucks for all the hassle you have to go through."

"It has been more than 10 business days and my order is still "processing"! I've contacted the customer "support" and they only told me that it usually takes 7-10 days to process the order. Basically they said "we don't care, here's a filler e-mail". Do not buy from them! I wish I would've trusted the reviews here that talked about the horrible shipping times and the condition that they receive their items in. I really hope that when (if) my wheel arrives it won't be in 20 different pieces."

"My order on 10/8 is still "processing" as of today, 10/24. It's not the update problem I had before because I spoke with customer support and they said it could be up to 10 BUSINESS days. Well, now we are well over that and they have my money, and I have no answers.

I may have to go through my CC company because they aren't responding or returning my money.

Avoid this site.

"They sold a grey market foreign Motorola Xoom (United Kingdom Version with United Kingdom serial number) and didn't indicate this. Now the device stopped working and Motorola US won't service a foreign device. Motorolla in the United Kingdom will service the device free of charge, but only return ship back to the UK. A catch 22, so I'm stuck! Simply the worst customer service and deceptive sales practices. Contacted them multiple times to try to make this right, now I am opening a BBB Complaint."

"Bought an Olympus 3D,16mg w/12.5x's zoom for $129.99+$5(S&H)-$50 rebate.It took them 7-10 just to mail it, which took another 7 days. By the time they sent me the online rebate form (another 7days) the offer had expired. Now I am trying to get a refund and they aren't answering any emails(5 days). So it is off to Paypal to get this resolved.It is now 10/22/12."

"My order is still being "processed" 10 days after sale! For todays online retailer this is unacceptable. I have emailed their "customer support" numerous times with no response. This, as well, is unacceptable, especially on a $700 item! Horrible service, lets just hope I get shipment confirmation soon or I will be calling my credit card company to reverse the charge."

"BEWARE! They will not accept returns even if they screw up. I have a credit card dispute for "KING" comforter that would hardly cover a full size bed. Do yourself a favor and buy from a reliable merchant like Amazon who readily accept returns and make you whole. I'll probably end up donating this item to Goodwill and losing $37.25. They don't earn even a one star rating."

"I ordered two different items at two different times. It took them 1 month to send the first item. I thought there could be a mistake, or a one time thing, so I gave them a second try with another item. After 3 weeks of waiting I had to email them and ask for a refund. I can order the same stuff from china and it would still take less time to get here from CHINA!!!! Sure the items I ordered were a few dollars cheaper but not worth the wait. I would rather pay a little more and get it from a local store. Now that I think asking for a refund was probably a mistake too ... since it takes them 1 month to process an order, it will probably take them 1 more month (at least) to process my refund ... I will be lucky if I receive my money back ... never again!!!!! "

"Don't understand the good reviews here. The customer service virtually does not exist. There is no way to contact them except email. So I ordered an iRobot on 10/2/2012, the website says in the title that it comes with a wireless communication center. I sent an email the same day asking them to confirm it, and only got reply 3 days after in which I was only told that the sale ended. They finally told me that there is no wireless communication center 3 more days later after I insisted my question since I placed order that day anyway because you know it is one sale per day type of business, hoping I could cancel it when they confirmed it was a false advertisement. So then I sent them email asking them to cancel the order. However, it took 10 more days for several emails come back and forth, until they waited for the iRobot finally shipped. So no problem was ever solved after 15 days since I placed the order. I even have the screenshot of their website showing the false advertisement of the iRobot sale that day.

I bought a bluetooth keyboard from them a few month ago (my first order). The keyboard came in two pieces and I had to glue them which looked so bad that I had to trash it (not even worth to sent it back). Anyway, enough frustrated experience with them, and I will never buy anything from them in the future.
