I sent the pictures and now they are telling me to contact the manufacturer. 1SaleADay should be standing by their products and taking care of returns. Now I have asked them for a return authorization and then I want them to take the charge off my credit card. The item is a very inferior product and I would be afraid to have anyone sit on the chairs, they are so fragile. "
