Just got another order and all is well. Shipping was within 48 hours of placing my order and I got my lenses a few days after that. I have no complaints. "
"Slow shipping times. Apparently 3-5 days is a customary time to wait for contacts to ship from the warehouse, or so I was told in a borderline snarky email response. However, whenever I have chosen a pricier shipping option in the past, miraculously, the order always manages to leave the warehouse in 1 day. Coincidence? Hardly. This was my last time ordering from this company and there are too many options to settle for poor customer service and slow shipping times."

"So i order my lenses, then they tell me they are discontinued, so i settle for a different brand. Then they tell me its shipped but i cant track it for a couple of days. Then i ask them to tell me where the package is and im being told it will get to destination in another week, So there is no 3-5 days delivery. So i wait for the package that never came even tho now the tracking number says its delivered! So now there are investigating with USPS for 10DAYS. so i dont get my money back and no lenses and i have to wait 2 more weeks now!!!! So in total it will take month to solve this! "Don't pay extra for overnight. I paid the $25.99 shipment fee for overnight delivery and am still having to wait four days to receive my contacts. I am assuming they will arrive as they said. Then again, they were supposed to arrive today. I should receive a refund for the service seeing as it is a service that was not provided. If they had offered to charge me standard shipping and refund the remainder I would have at least been satisfied with the charges and the customer service response. This was handled poorly by the company and by customer service. "

On day 7 I sent an email to customer service and they explained that it was 3 to 5 days from when they receive them from the manufacturer. This amount of days is the amount of days for the items to be shipped to them, then you must wait longer to have them shipped to you. I contacted customer service I only to receive a blanketed excuses a as to why I had not received my order. I will stick with 1-800-contacts from now on, they always deliver when stated, never late. Should have never tried this horrible place. "
