"After a week, the two memory sticks that I need are still sitting in california, according to UPS. It's silly to ship memory sticks any other way than first class mail - they weigh practically nothing, and would be delivered in 2-3 days if they'd skip the UPS connection. "

"Ordered a motherboard from them with a automated email response that item and tracking number will follow.I waited a few days and then email again to check on this order number,all I got was a message from Paypal that 1st Choice send me a refund because item is back ordered I have to give them credit for a speedy return of my money but the time wasted waiting for a part after money was sent and no email response concerning availability is something I dont like to deal with.Basically NO customer Service just a "canned" order status response feature on their site."

"Fewer than the ordered items, that too the wrong product (two Saphire active mini-displayport to dvi converters, instead of the four XFX active displayport to dvi converters that were ordered and appearing on the bill) were delivered 10 days after placing the order (I was never contacted about these changes). These did not suite my purpose and were returned to the seller for a refund on June 13. "

"1st Choice is just that. Where I always go to first for my memory needs. Their website helps me choose the right memory for my motherboard and nothing I have purchased for them has ever died. That shows the quality of their products."

"Product was as expected. I received it within the stated time frame for basic shipping. It might have gotten to me a little faster if it wasn't over a weekend, since it was actually shipped USPS Priority Mail with a tracking number. However, it would have been nice for them to send a courtesy email that my order was shipped, as others here have noted. I only found out the status of my order by checking it on the website. Also, the packaging was a simple Priority Mail envelope with no padding. I would at least spring for the padded ones for shipping hardware. "
