They did not ship my order for 5 days.... and used some form of shipping I have never heard of which took another week to deliver.... that is a total of 12 days from order to delivery! People in China ship faster then this US company! Customer service was a nightmare! They told me to refuse the shipment, which I did, and then never refunded my money. I am having to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get my money back.... Buyer beware! Avoid at all costs!"
