"I ordered memory for a system on 12/15/2011. They advertised "free shipping" and were a few dollars cheaper than TigerDirect.com. Stupidly, I went with them.

This was a Christmas gift. I understand that there is "holiday" mail, but i don't think receiving the memory on 1/4/2012 was appropriate. Conveniently, it came a day after I called them about it.

To add insult to injury--when I called--the woman had advice for me. She told me that "donkeys don't deliver the mail and that it should arrive soon". Really? Thank you for the analysis of the USPS. I guess the only a$$ was me.

If you're smart, just order from TigerDirect or Newegg.

Be warned: not only will you receive the product 3 weeks later, but you'll have insightful comments too.
