"I am not really happy with how long it is taking to recieve my Vga cooler. I orderd it on Sunday Dec 4. I know they are not open on Sundays, but by the tracking info, the item did not even get shipped out till about 4 PM Wednesday. 72 hours after initial order, not even counting the Sunday I orderd it on.

When I tried to e-mail customer service I was told to call a number that is only available during my working hours. I don't see why the customer service I e-mailed couldn't call the number for me or give me some kind of response on where my package is. If someone from 1st choice memory reads this, (from a department that can help), please contact me and let me know where my package is and why I paid more for a tracking number I didn't receive. Then When I receive the Computer I need to take out the motherboard and re-seat it since they placed it so close to the back of the case that you could not plug in any other Card (i.e. Video Card) as for the screws they give you.. well lets just say I have butter that is stronger for holding. I will never order from them again. I have a feeling my 5yr old son could build the computer better and faster then they could. "
