"Very SLOW but they said so up front. Only one of the matching two sticks of memory worked, the other was D.O.A...I have returned the D.O.A. stick and am still waiting on a replacement or refund. They shippped to me using a padded envelope and 1st class mail. I had to return the D.O.A stick in a box and pay a much higher postage. I will never use this place again.

"The memory shipped quickly and safely. I did receive the wrong module but only because Toshiba had not updated the information in a change in equipment. I called customer service and the rep helped me to quickly identify that the stock memory was indeed different than what Toshiba had given them. She took all the numbers and walked me through getting the exact module I needed. She noted the problem on my account and I expect a full refund of the original module in just a few days. I ordered the new memory immediately after customer service identified the problem (within minutes of the initial phone call) and I paid extra to have the processing expedited and 2 day shipping as I needed the netbook for an upcoming trip hubby was taking. Fast forward 11 days...The order wasn't processed in an expedited manner and the 2 day air shipping took 3 days and was USPS ground, not 2 day air. I called and was offered a refund of the expedited processing charge, rather curtly I might add, but not the shipping. For the length of time the product took to get to me; I could've paid the minimum shipping charge. I'd have been happy to just pay that (min ship charge). I probably won't purchase again in the future. Good prices but if time is off the essence I'd think twice. "

"I was sent the wrong memory for my laptop even though it was "guaranteed" to work.
I then returned it as instructed and requested the correct memory in replacement. I have now been waiting almost two weeks for 1stchoicememory to process and ship my replacement memory.
