"I was sent an email to verify billing and shipping and offered 5yr warranty on furniture. I agreed to that amount only which was under $200.00 and was assured only that amount would be charged. Instead I was charged for that amount plus furniture again which left my bank account negative as I budget for everything to the penny. And of course your customer service department is closed. I will be canceling my entire order and hope never to do business with this company again. "
