Go to the BBB in NY to see the rating of this company before you buy

"I made a mistake to belive the (potentially fake) reviews about this company. As soon as I purchased the furniture and some weird things happened around the shipping and delivery times, I knew I was in trouble. I have an email to the company telling them, I felt something was wrong.

They shipped a large damaged entertainment center to my home. In the end, I now have to pay to ship it back to get a refund....lmao. To reduce your reading time of this review go look at the BBB. They have a "C" rating and 2,865 complaints in 3 years. Do you want to buy from a company like that?

Sell DAMAGED furniture as NEW

"I paid for a brand new assembled king bed with storage. After checkout, they tell me the price on their website was inaccurate and they need to add $300 to get the rails and under bed support which was shown as included on the site. Then, upon delivery - they attempted to delivered a damaged bed over a week later. I refused the shipment as I ordered new and for it to be assembled. They then started to gaslight me and tell me I must accept the damaged product, if I wanted to refuse I would be charged a restocking fee (so they can sell the damaged product to someone else). Rip Off. Out 1.5k."

"We were offered a free delivery into the house as the team member on the phone advised us that it was heavy and we should have it brought in. We were also advised that we needed to select an electric option as we hadn’t during purchase. If they didn't call we wouldn’t have had a way to power the couches. Very friendly delivery service also. Highly recommend. We save over $1,000 buying direct from the furniture store. "

"Went to the big furniture store looking for end tables and a coffee table found a set that I really liked but the cost was too high, so I took a picture of sale ticket with all the information.
When I got home I thought I check to see if I could find the same set cheaper online, well I found the same set at One Stop Bedroom not only cheaper but closer to 50% cheaper for the exact items. When I received the items free shipping I was completely blown away! Exactly the same set at 50% cheaper! Thank you One Stop Bedroom!
