Nobody does this anymore, everything I receive in the mail usually has a pre-paid return label from the company. That alone made me not want to shop here. I then tried to log in again, and then had problems with logging in. I asked for a 'forgotten password', but never got an email for my login credentials. Overall, the website looks and feels smooth, but the company is kind of amateur-ish. Would not shop here again."
