The issue: I was sent the wrong size jeans. The receipt in the packaging listed the 36, 36 that i ordered but what was in the package was a 30, 32 I believe.
The problem was fixed with a simple phone call. I was emailed a shipping label to ship the wrong size jeans back with and I received the right size jeans in 2 days.
