"On two separate days I tried to enter my credit card information -- and made two call to customer service. Finally, on the third day I used paypal (which I do not like to use) after another call to customer service. If credit cards don't work on your website, why not remove the option. And, it's a crazy policy not to take an order over the phone especially when your website doesn't work properly.
My disappointment was that while all this was going on, the jeans (size) I wanted were sold and I had to mke other (not my first) choices."
