"The website is great and the delivery was very fast. The only inconvenience was in the returning of the jeans I bought, that were the wrong size (my fault). You have to request a RMA and then they have to get back to you with an approval. I did get an approval within 24 hours, but because I needed the jeans ASAP, I had to pay to ship the jeans back and I reordered the same jeans in the correct size and paid again to have them shipped to me. It would be nice to just have a return button and be able to print a shipping label to make it easier."
