"I really wanted to like my experience with 20jeans. However, it took them a full week to notify me that my order had shipped, now I have to wait two weeks to get something that was suppose to have arrived in 5-7 days.

I understand things like backorders happen but if this was the case the company should tell you something is on backorder not go dark until you complain.

In their defense they did give me 10 dollars credit for the mis-hap but 10 bucks is not really that redeeming in this case.
