"your system to place my order didn't work correctly, your response to my inquiries seemed a little more casual than professional, and i recently received an email stating that when actually filling my order you no longer had the product but little else was suggested. for instance, why isn't it just back ordered and filled when you get more of your "raw" jeans in. and finally, i called today regarding my order which shows the jeans were shipped (so what is the truth here?) and again i got your voice mail rather than a person.
