"The customer service is horrible and the jean cuts are terribly inconsistent. I was essentially ignored until I continued to e-mail and tweet to them. Even then I wasn't given the attention every customer should get. It's as if their customer service team is watching tv while trying to manage e-mails and their twitter person has the same response for anything negative. The jeans themselves made it two days late and the two pairs of jeans with the same cut were very much different sizes. a disgrace.

While it is true that I requested a rush delivery because of vacation, I realized that there was probably not enough time for it to make it to my home city and instead ordered to my destination city instead with plenty of time for regular shipping. The reason there was not enough time to ship to my home city was because of the massive time between replies of your customer service. And while I appreciate the $30.00 credit, money is not something that makes the experience better unless you give me the entire order for free. I would have much rather preferred a call apologizing for the poor experience and a promise that things that i've outlined would be fixed and improved."

"I bought three pair of jeans back in December that needed to be returned due to size. After waiting over 3 months for them to restock the style I wanted in my size, I finally called to see when they might add additional stock. I received a "we may or may not ever restock that style" response. Frustrated, I just ordered a single pair of jeans in a style they did have in stock (which cost three times the price of the original jeans) so that I could use up my credit and be done with the company."
