"These chaps played out of their skins for me.
The packaged was shipped by UPS, who then sub-contracted the local leg delivery in Houston to USPS.
It didn't turn up at all so after 10 days I started chasing UPS and USPS to find out where it was, the response was It has been delivered to your apt complex office.
My apt. complex had no record of it turning up and then UPS and USPS started pointing figures at each other and said "not my fault".
I rang 220 and their Customer Service chap without, hesitation apologized for the inconvenience caused and shipped a replacement within the hour.

"Was happy to get my new item that I ordered had ordered before never had any issues was in 3 days here since I oversea I put my APO new York (AE) address and would be send out in Chicago IL the main hub(free shipping ) it was send to new Jersey now on a boat witch is wierd from there is 6-8weeks ordered one for my brother and used APO AE and instead of new York and paid for usps $FOR SHIPPING and it's lookstill like the same going to new Jersey hub witch it will be another 6-8 weeks for delivery instead of going though Chicago hub is just 15mins away from them will see other then that product is great and worth the money wish it went well.
