Up Down Transform

"I was pleasantly surprised that my order for an Up Down Transformer came just as it said it would. I was apprised at every point when the shipment was delayed. But, most of all the transformer is exactly what I need to play my cd/radio that came with only European power outlets, even though I purchased it in the U.S. I am totally satisfied all around with the service and the product from 220-electronics.com. I would not hesitate to order what I need again!"

Overcharged shipping cost & missing HDMI cable

"Good:
- execution of order very fast
- delivery of order very fast
- product fulfills expectations (Blu-Ray Player)

Bad:
- very high shipping cost; it was stated shipping & taxes of US$ 115, but I had to pay additional import duty in Thailand of US$ 32. Shipping cost (without import duty) of US$ 115 from US to Thailand for a package of 1,4kg is a rip-off according to my experience.
- I have ordered a 10ft gold HDMI cable for an extra charge of US$ 10, but it was not delivered
- feedback to my claim was very poor and unfriendly. Some people still do not understand that the customer pays their salaries !

Fast and easy shopping for an unusual product

"Outstanding shopping experience in being able to select a somewhat unusual product-a multi-system LED Backlite TV for use in my small office to view British PAL VHS tapes purchased years ago in England. You had a good selection of such equipment, and delivery was fast and the piece works just fine. Good service at a good price-absolutely hassle free.
And the darn thing works just fine and I am now watching restored British steam locomotives in the English countryside as I am typing this review. (I can also watch NTSC DVDs and old VHS tapes on the set.)

HAD A GLITCH BUT TECH SUPPORT HELPED ME RESOLVE IT

"My DVD player would not open the tray, but tech support, knowing I am a retired service engineer, had me check under the cover. Reseated the read head position and when it homed, the tray opened and closed just fine. We've been using it for about a week several hours a night and it is still going strong. So for the last few days it has been a terrific living room sectional (meaning sofa so good)."
