went the extra mile

"UPS messed up the delivery (1 to 4 biz days service) and the package (Oppo Blu Ray BD103D) was going to arrive too late at my hotel and I would not be there again to collect it. 220 therefore sent the same item again (another new Oppo) via UPS but this time air freight (2 biz days) and it got there in time for me to collect it at the hotel. The hotel then returned the late package back to the sender (220). I was therefore impressed by their level of service. As for the Oppo, not had long to watch it yet but first impressions (watching James Bond Spectre) is that it is sharer and smoother than my old Samsung (which it should be a 3x the price)."

Excellent!

"Product arrived on time. Excellent easy to follow instructions per activating the regions written by 220 techs I presume along with an incredibly easy to follow remote. Cant check out the different regions as Im waiting for my dvd library to get shipped to me but this was quick, easy, efficient, on time and the Sony product is excellent and up and running. "
