"They must have run out of S5200's. Ordered one, but got a bump to the S5500 (the latest model and a bump up) for free. It runs really great overall. Very satisfied with this surprise twist on my first order. If I had a bit more to spend, I'd have gotten the S6500, but this makes me quite happy. If I ever do an upgrade to a newer, better player, I'll give these guys a deep consideration again."
"Expedited service was great but package had to be attempted to be delivered 6 times because of confusion with UPS. Someone on their end was not buzzing the apartment it was supposed to be delivered to. In France almost all buildings have a door code to get into the lobby and reach apartments, I had to call UPS to get someone to relay that information. I would have been useful if there was a spot for notes to get to shipper on the checkout page, such as a door code or other special delivery instructions."

Before placing my order, I researched the company on bbb and read online reviews, so I decided to go ahead and take chances with very little hope that they will deliver. Surprisingly, they delivered fast and their packaging quality was awesome and even better than amazon. They accept many payment methods which is A+, I tried Amazon checking out but for some reason that was not working, so I ended up paying with Paypal. I found the site through google since I was looking for a product that was hard to find; I will definitely explore the site in depth whenever I have time and see if they have things that might interest me and will recommend when possible.
