"The product itself was as advertised so I am completely satisfied with it. My only gripe is that the way it was packaged for shipping was bad. Had no padding what so ever so the box with in a box was bouncing around all over the place and considering that the shipping box was twice the size of the item box it had lot's of room to move. "

"l sent a complaint to you yesterday in regards to my order for a Sony BDPS multi-zone blu-ray player. l paid the equivalent of over $100 Austalian for shipping and UPS delivered the parcel yesterday and threw the parcel over our 6 foot high fence where it crashed to the ground in our garden bed. l have spoken to a technician here in Australia and have been told that it is extremely likely that the delicate laser mechanism will have been damaged in such a high fall. 220-electronics did not even put a fragile, handle with care label on my parcel and did not even put any padding inside the UPS box, despite the fact that it was being shipped right to the other side of the world ( Australia ). l have made a complaint to UPS in Australia and am waiting to hear back from them and l have made a complaint to 220-electronics and l am waiting to hear back from them. This player cost me $336 Australian and there is no way l am accepting it after the horrendous fall it has been through. l expect 220-electronics to replace this player and if they refuse l will be complaining to the Better Business Bureau in Chicago. l have no way of testing the player because l am still saving for a digital T.V. which are extremely expensive in Australia. l am extremely annoyed, furious and angry with you, 220-electronics and UPS."

"I was mostly satisfied. The two transformers that I ordered came in a very timely manner but the shipping cost was pricey. Also, I was charged a VAT of $46.00 by UPS when the products were delivered COD which I was not expecting.

The 220 volt plugs for the transformers were not as shown in the pictures on your website-- they are not the traditional ones we have here in Ireland and I had to buy an adapter plug to make them work.

On the plus side, they both work fine and I have been able to use them with all of the electrical equipment that I have tried thus far.
