"I ordered an all region DVD player. It played fine up until 2 months before my 2 year warranty ran out. Called them to let them know it no longer played dvd-r dvd's. They told me it was not designed to play those dvd's when clearly the owners manual says it does. Also it played all my burned dvd's up until that point. I was also told i can send it in but they wont be able to do anything to fix it! They lied to me and was very dishonest! I haven't ordered from them since and never will again!"
