"I have ordered from here before and the bands are great. Previously, I have been able to pay extra for a RUSH order. It still wasn't 24 hours, but would come within a week.
This time I ordered on 10/2 and regular shipping was the only available choice. I paid an extra $0.49 to have the bands made in the USA so that they would be "processed faster and shipped sooner". The expected arrival date was 10/13/23.
I ordered another batch on 10/4 and those are being shipped from China. Guess which order was processed and shipped more quickly?
Neither have arrived so it will be interesting to see which order gets here first...
Also, customer service was friendly but unhelpful on the phone. The chat bot left to "check on my order" and never returned with a status.
All in all a frustrating experience.
The bands are great which is why I gave two stars, the processing, shipping, and customer service are below average.
