Spent $10 to get a proof before finalizing the order, only to find it looked exactly as the illustration provided during the design process. Wasted that money. received two very poorly worded emails telling me (I think) there was a problem with my payment and asking for a photo of my driver's license to prove ID. Money was already debited from my account. SMH. Tried to call to speak with a person but phone just rang and rang. Not feeling too good about this so far. We'll see."

"Overall a great experience. However, when looking through the blues of the coolies, I noticed two of them were the same image (neon blue and robin egg blue). So I had to make an educated guess as to which was the correct color. "
