"I clicked on the free 100 wristbands thinking I was going to get 100 FREE wristbands. My total never changed. It said $90. was being charged to my visa and that was my total. including 100 Free wristbands. Once my order was processed I got an email saying my total was 105. Where did the $15. come from? THE FREE WRISTBANDS. They charged me $15. for the free wristbands which my total never changed. In the description in my email it says 15.00 -free wristbands. Why would you promote Free when they aren't free? And why did my total not changed? Talked to a customer service rep and that was a joke. I'm a business owner and will never order through this company again.

Although the customization and production for the 100 extra is FREE, there is a shipping/handling fee that adds to the overall total for the bands. This is also disclaimed on the very page where customers order the wristbands. The disclaimer states, "100 free wristbands are available to orders of 100 silicone wristbands or more. However, a handling fee of $15 (for ¼ inch, ½ inch, and ¾ inch wristbands) or $20 (for 1 inch, 1.5 inch, and 2 inch wristbands) will apply." Nonetheless, we apologize for the confusion.
