"I placed an order in September 2017 and sent art with an error. My fault, and I accepted the wrist bands with no issues.
I placed a new order in June 2018. I wanted the same wrist bands, so I was careful to send new art. When I received my wristbands they were wrong!! Someone had pulled the art from the 2017 order and used that instead. I submitted a support ticket three days after getting the order, showing pictures of the incorrect wrist bands, the order screen, and the images of the art I supplied - all downloaded from their site. I got a reply back about a week later saying the wrist bands were printed in the correct font color and I had no claim. My issue was not the font color, it was 24hourwristband using old art - not the new art I had supplied.
I called to speak with a rep. The first thing I was told was that claims had to be made in a seven day period. I referred him to the support ticket that showed my original claim. I was told that I was wrong and that they had been printed right - even though I could see the art in the order history (on their system!!) did not match my finished product.
Their customer service is terrible, and if there is a mistake on an order - they WILL NOT fix it. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!

I have received my new order and things look exactly as they should have the first time. The final quality was great, the experience was terrible."
