"I initially placed an order for wristbands online and paid an additional fee for rush next day delivery. I called about 30 minutes after placing the order to follow up and spoke with a customer service rep who told me that the bands would be coming from China and I would not be able to get them the next day. Confused, I asked why there was an option for next day delivery if they'd be coming from China and the rep told me I selected China. I am in the U.S. I would NOT have selected "China" as I needed it the following day. He told me there was a U.S. option, but it was an additional $51 dollars. Considering I was already paying extra, per band, for next day rush, I said I could not do the extra cost and requested the order be canceled. The rep I was on the phone with was not friendly and did not try to remedy the issue. He just told me he would put in a ticket but its possible the order wouldn't be canceled. So, he did that and I also sent an email to the customer service address. I spoke with a different representative online who kindly waived the $51 additional fee and placed the order in the U.S. Thankfully, I did receive the order the next day, and the bands were exactly what I ordered. What started off as an unpleasant interaction ended up being great customer service in remediating a problem. Thanks to the rep who stepped up and make the magic happen! Well done!"
"I work for a early childhood program and a few years ago we ordered bracelets for the children for our end of the year celebration. This year our supply that remains wasn't going to be enough for all kids attending. I went online found our past order, called Richard (customer support) and he made it simple to reorder the design from a couple of years ago. I didn't have to go through the hassle of the design process and can be assured that the bracelets will all be the same. He even was able to help me order more for cheaper (less reordering in years to come) as well as was able to expedite shipping so they will get here in time. Very pleased."
