"If I could give negative stars, I would absolutely do so. Don't be fooled by the date you select once you get to the shipping option. Unless you pay extra for a RUSH order, your items are in no way guaranteed on the day you anticipated them to arrive. They will tell you to read the Terms & Conditions on the production standards. Oh, and don't bother looking for it on your mobile device, I can assure you, it's not there. You'll find the Terms & Conditions on their desk top website in which you will find every excuse in the book as to why they will not deliver your order on time. However, if you place a second order, which is what we were recommended to do, you can get it the next day. Good luck with the customer service help. Not only will they give you the run around, but if you ask to speak to a manager, they will inform you that the management or supervisors will not be in until 10am, 11am or 12pm. After placing my order on the 9th of May, following all the rules and approving artwork to avoid any types of production delays, I was informed on the 21st of May that my order would likely not arrive until the very end of the month. My deadline was missed, although I gave what I thought was a reasonable amount of time and I've lost a customer who's average spend with me broaches the $100K mark. Thanks for absolutely nothing, 24Hour Wristbands. I certainly won't be making the mistake of working with you again."
