"Never will use again and don't recommend anyone use them either. The online ordering was easy. Choose the option for production in China as this order was a fundraiser for a cancer patient and her family. And it was our desire to get the wristband at lowest price, to maximize the amount we desired to raise. The old saying "you get what you pay for", well this order didn't met that expectations. The order arrived 5 days earlier than expected and marked "made in USA" so I eagerly opened the package expecting that I was some how getting higher quality products. Only to find only about 40%(being generous) of the bands that looked anywhere close to what my approval emailed showed. I ordered segmented orange and blue bands. I expected there to be a small amount of blending of colors where they meet, but not the ugly color of bleeding that occurred through the orange section of the bands. I also choose the front and back message option vs. the wraparound as we wanted a specific message in the orange segment and her favorite hymn title in the blue section(her favorite color). And the email I received confirming order showed this exact thing.
However when I opened the packaging, their is no consistency of where the messages are placed on the bands.
It's an embarrassment to know this was "made in America"
I first contacted customer service in 4/5/18 to make them aware of all the mistakes, expecting a easy resolution as they have a bold banner stating "100% money back guarantee" on there website.
And with each response from customer service whether email or phone was robotic in nature never varying from giving same "rehearsed" response. Referring me to the "terms and conditions" page. However on that page, the terms that the company uses for example "slightly" "marginal" "unnoticeable" and "faint" have pretty specific definitions. And nothing about the location of the message location in the bands I received come near "slight" or "marginal" and the area where the 2 colors "blend" are so far opposite of "unnoticeable" and "faint". I did not choose the words of the company's terms and conditions page, they did. They need to either rewrite their "terms and conditions" or stand by definition of the words used. I was initially offered a 10% refund, then either the 10% refund or redo of order but I would have to pay shipping. Then 15% refund, then final offer was 20%. And as I told customer service reps over and over that would be acceptable if 80-90% of the total bands I ordered where what I ordered.
Please run far away from this company and when you see a "100% money back guarantee" banner- make sure you ask them what their definition of that means."

We apologize if you are not fully satisfied with your order. We understand that you are not pleased with the color bleed in the segmented bands and that the location of the messages are randomly placed rather than on just centered on blue & orange areas of the band. You have also reported that one of the bands had smudged printing. We have reviewed your submitted images of the products & regret to say that your claim of defect on the color bleed or the location of the message is invalid as agreed upon terms under SWIRL | SEGMENTED WRISTBANDS state: “Segmented bands will have two or more sections of the band in solid colors. In some cases when two colors are made together, a fade of the colors might happen resulting in a faint mix of colors. For example: Red and White segmented bands might have a hint of Pink in the location the two colors meet. This effect cannot be controlled and is not considered to be defective. The locations of the messages on the wristbands are completely random and cannot be guaranteed, but they may be attempted only if specifically requested by the customers.”
We have duly explained why the order cannot be deemed defective, however we deeply appreciate the cause behind this order. Due to this, we had previously offered you a courtesy REMAKE, fully FREE of cost. We requested that the shipping be paid for and we can cover full cost of the remake. We have sent voicemails regarding the matter. However, you have declined that offer. We have then offered a courtesy refund of 15%, and later extended the refund offer of 20%. We are offering a final refund of 30% on the order. Please note that the quantity of the smudged bands in the images provided was less than 10% and the color bleed is an industrially acceptable effect on segmented/swirl bands as clearly mentioned in the agreed terms.
