"Do not use this site!! I ordered napkins with a white ink imprint. The site provided a preview showing the napkin with a white ink imprint well in advance of my event. When the napkins arrived the imprint was done in gray and looked horrible. I complained and they told me it was my fault because they printed the color of the artwork I submitted which they said was not white. I told them that I am not a graphic artist. I checked the box for white ink and even took a screen shot of the preview showing white ink and expected napkins with white ink. There was nothing on the site that said that they printed the color of the art submitted rather than the ink color box I checked. They refused to correct the order and at first offered a 5% discount on the order and when I said that was unacceptable, they offered a 10% discount on the order (which, by the way, is the same thing they are advertising on their website today). I am extremely upset and disappointed because now I have no choice but to go to Party City and buy plain napkins for the event which is happening this weekend. To anyone out there considering an order with this company, DO NOT USE THEM!!!"

“Hello, We regret to hear your experience and apologize for the inconvenience. We have gone over your claim & the claim images you have provided. Please be kind enough to understand that we cannot issue a remake or a refund on this order since it was made as per the invoice and your provided artwork. Also, such minor visual imperfection can not be accepted as a defect, since the pictures you have seen online were computer generated images, whereas the artwork is actually printed on a paper napkin. When it is printed on a napkin, the paper absorbs the moisture form the ink. So it is not possible to fully imitate a computer generated image. This is an industry standard & are not considered a defect. The refund we offered is a partial refund and as a token of our apologies for your trouble but not a compensation of any sort since the order is correct.
