I have seen other customer reviews that have criticized prints or shipping; make sure you talk to customer service (use the "chat" window if needed) and ask for exact specifications on size, preferred file type, etc for the product you're ordering. I also suggest paying the small extra fee for a printer's proof if you have uploaded custom work to ensure they're seeing what you're envisioning; we did and had absolutely no problem."
