I am not real computer savvy so he walked me through the process. I have a different billing address than shipping and it was causing me problems. He was so nice and kept helping me. "I have to say, the ordering experience was very easy. However, the customer service was probably the best ever! I placed my order and also selected the option for a digital proof. When I got the proof, I wanted to change some things. So I rejected the proof responded with my changes. They promptly responded with my request and sent me a new proof. Again, I decided to make changes, mind you they made all the changes I had requested so there were no errors on their part! So, in my response I said they could call me. I decided I was probably being a pain in the you know what so I called them! "Bob", was the customer service rep and he went above and beyond all my expectations! They made several more changes for me, even suggesting some options and not once did either of us get frustrated with each other. (at least he never showed it!) Anyway, the customer service is excellent and I'm sure the product will be too! "
