"Used this site due to friends recommendation, had a good price-point. However the amount of confusion and lack on internal communication between departments led to many unnecessary emails. I paid for/approved proof for my design, then received an email that it was out of stock (should have been notified prior to proof approval). Changed product to item recommended by support, approved new proof, then continued to receive communication that the items were out of stock - I had to keep asking if this was true, which then the support team would backtrack on and say that my item was in production. These emails continued even after the items were printed/shipped/delivered.
Ultimately, save yourself a headache, spend a little more money and order from somewhere else."

"previous order missed 500 pieces, customer service is terrible. I literally have to pay out of pocket an extra 350$ extra to get my order filled overnight so I don't miss the clients event which is this weekend. your company has given me the run around to get this discrepancy taken care of. asking for pictures of the package. each individual hook act ect ect ect mind you there where suppose to be 1000 imagine if I bought the 500,000 minimum you require for the next whole sale. that was half of my order. unaccounted for with no accountably. if I would of known id have to document with photograph each individual item and some how prove to them that one of their employees mispacked my order. I would have. luckily I have a video of the unboxing. and STILL your company is giving me the run around. if I wait any longer my clients event won't have their passes.

She gave me two different codes to use but both came up as not valid with the merchandise I ordered. I then asked why the not valid reply online and she replied "OH, it doesn't apply to you merchandise". to which I replied well your website doesn't say it is not valid for certain merchandise and her reply is well that is the way it is, sorry for the misunderstanding and have a nice day!
