"I ordered patches through this company specifically because they guaranteed delivery by 8/26. I made it clear in my order that if the patches were delivered after 8/26 that they'd be useless to me, as it's after my event.
After placing the order on 8/15, they reached out to me with questions about the design. I responded immediately, and they took several days to get back to me, and continued to ask questions that I had already provided answers to. They then reached out just a couple days before the deadline, quoting production issues. They said the new delivery date would be 8/31, 5 days after the original guarantee.
I now have $500 in plain backpacks that I bought with the intention of sewing these patches onto them, that are now useless.
The customer service was horrible and took days to get back to me. All of the links in my order confirmation emails were broken. Very unprofessional. BEWARE"
